Meet Jen

Jen Casey is a brain-based Business Coach, speaker, & host of the CEO Psyche Podcast. Through her signature program, Programs that Profit, she teaches coaches how to build, sell, & effectively run a high-level group coaching program. It's the step-by-step to a six-figure coaching business.

For many years, she sat behind the computer as a solo entrepreneur, knowing her only social interactions for the day would be a zoom call or a Target run. She craved connection from like-minded people.

She started to regularly attend several events a year because she knew "PROXIMITY IS POWER."

In 2017, she made another big decision: "I need to get out from behind the screen!"

From that moment until March of 2020, she traveled to a different event each month, experiencing massive personal growth & building deep, impactful connections.

After experiencing first-hand how powerful it was to be IN these rooms, she knew it was time to create a space for her high-level people to come together for connection, growth, & impact.

With that, Magnetic Mastermind was born.
